PRIVATE MEET & GREET

An experience that you'll remember for a very long time! Your Platinum Concierge will work to arrange a short private meeting with the guest or creator of your choice for pictures and autographs. See important notes at the bottom of this page.*

MEET & GREET FAST TRACK LANE

This might be the best perk of all! Only Platinum VIPs have access to a special fast-track lane, which offers priority access to the primary Meet & Greet room. Using this lane saves hours over the weekend, allowing you to get back to the sessions faster.

PRIVATE PLATINUM CHECK IN

You'll visit our private Platinum VIP Lounge for event check-in. Once there you'll meet your Concierge and have a private check-in experience. Note that this only applies to Friday morning check-in. If you utilize early registration the lounge is unavailable.

PLATINUM LOUNGE

Platinum VIPs have access to the exclusive Platinum lounge. With so few attendees at this level you can be assured of an exclusive area stocked with coffee, water, soda, and light breakfast and snacks throughout the day.

LIMITED EDITION SIGNED PROGRAM

We'll get as many guests and podcasters as possible to sign the official CrimeCon program. They make the perfect keepsake for remembering your experience.

PRIVATE MERCHANDISE ORDERING

Don't waste time waiting in line for merch when you could be in sessions instead. Only Platinums have access to a private merchandise ordering station in the lounge. Orders will be picked and packed by our staff and delivered to the lounge for you to pick up a few hours later. 

ADDITIONAL PROGRAMMING

In 2021 Platinums were treated to "Breakfast with Beth Holloway" -- an exclusive morning session where they heard the heartbreaking and heroic story of Natalee's mother's journey. In 2023 Platinums were invited to "Breakfast with Matt Murphy" where they heard an exclusive reading from Matt's upcoming book and got a chance for extended conversation.

PRIVATE CONCIERGE & EMAIL SUPPORT

Your Platinum Concierge will be available to you by email, text or phone for any event-related requests. Platinums are also provided with a special email address to be directly connected to the organizers for questions, comments, or customer support issues.

*Platinum badge holders will provide a non-prioritized list of up to ten private meet-and-greet candidates to their Concierge, who will then make their best efforts to arrange a private meeting. We cannot make any guarantees that a specific guest/podcaster will be available. Meetings are typically around 5 minutes but specifics are up to the speaker.
