Join us on Thursday night for our first-ever CrimeCon Kickoff Party, featuring a full performance by Creighton Waters and The Sole Purpose Band! Enjoy a cash bar while you mix, mingle and dance with CC staff, speakers, and podcasters while also getting to know other attendees before we all dive into the weekend.
Our kickoff theme will be Neon Disco, where guests will be invited to enjoy the bright neon lights under a dazzling disco ball! For those who would like to join in on this year's theme, bright colors such as pink, purple, orange, and yellow are encouraged but completely optional. Fun accessories will be provided to neon-up your wardrobe and we’ll have some great surprises for you throughout the night. Don’t miss it!
This is a limited capacity event and requires a separate ticket from your CrimeCon 2023 badge. Tickets are only available to CC23 badge-holders. No food will be provided and no outside food or drink is allowed so please plan to eat prior to the party.

Sole Purpose Band performs an eclectic blend of Funk & Soul, R&B, Country, Rock, Pop and more. Creighton Waters, the South Carolina prosecutor who helped convict Alex Murdaugh, is a guitarist in the Sole Purpose Band.

About the Gabby Petito Foundation:
With a mission to turn our tragedy into purpose, the
Gabby Petito Foundation was born. We wish to address the needs of organizations that support locating missing persons and to provide aid to organizations that assist victims of domestic violence situations, through education, awareness, and prevention strategies.
