  • Can I load in through the dock?

This event is under Teamsters and IATSE Local 7 Union jurisdiction. According to Union rules, anyone loading in through the loading dock must use Union labor to unload their vehicle. This can be arranged through LVExpo in their on-site management trailer at Loading Dock #9. Guidelines and pricing can be found on Page 33 of your Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM).

  • Can I load in through the main Expo Hall doors?

Yes, however, due to Union jurisdiction and rules, there are several guidelines you must follow:

    1. No wheeled carts or dollies may be used.
    2. Exhibitors may not “team lift” large items.

If you need a cart or assistance moving large items, you must arrange it through LVExpo in their on-site management trailer. Guidelines and pricing can be found on Page 33 of your Exhibitor Services Manual (ESM).

  • How do I get additional badges?

Contact Chewie if you need additional badges. Exhibitor Badges can be purchased for $75/each. Exhibitors are also eligible to purchase Standard badges at a 30% discount. If you are interested in Standard badges, we will provide you with a code to register for badges.

  • What does my badge give me access to?

Exhibitor badges include access to the Expo Hall only. If you are an exhibitor with an exhibitor badge but would like to go to sessions, please contact Chewie for a discount on Standard badges. Creator badges provide access to all regular programming sessions.

Please note that each person will receive only one badge (no duplicates across roles). If you fall into multiple categories, you will be issued the badge that corresponds to your primary role/registration. For example, if you’re an exhibitor and you registered for a Standard/VIP badge separately, you’ll receive the Standard/VIP badge you registered for only.

  • I need some additional furniture – how do I get it?

Visit LVExpo’s Show Management Trailer in Loading Dock #9. They will let you know availability and rates.
