Arnold has been a dispatcher for 15 years, and he believes that dispatching is in his blood. Arnold’s grandfather was a Cleveland police officer, and his grandmother was one of the first Cleveland female police officers. Many of Arnold’s other relatives were in law enforcement. He wanted to have a life of service, and decided to become a dispatcher. Arnold has also been a Training Officer at the CVD for over 5 years.
