- Checkout the CrimeCon 2025 Schedule and start planning your perfect weekend adventure.
- Download our SCHED app (see instructions) to have easy access to the schedule, this is where you will be able to find the most updated information throughout the weekend if there are any changes to the schedule.
- Helpful packing tips: portable charger, comfortable shoes, sweater (ballrooms can get cold!) and a reusable water bottle.
- Start posting your CC25 pictures and don't forget to tag #CrimeCon and #CrimeCon2025.
- Have your credit card easily accessible because the Gaylord Rockies is cashless.
- Register here for Meet & Greet (Rooms 1 & 2) photos and save your QR code.

To pick up your CrimeCon 2025 badge simply bring a copy of a valid photo ID (please ensure that the name matches the name on your registration). A confirmation email printout is also great, but is not required!
If you're in town early, you have the option (not required) to pick up your badge on Thursday evening.

Seating is all first come, first served. Note that the front of the Main Ballroom and Breakout 1 have VIP-only seating areas. Badge types other than VIP are not permitted in these areas at any times. Due to security protocols, no personal items may be left unattended at any time.

PARKING
There is a $20/day discounted parking charge for CC25 attendees in the self-park garages.
CASHLESS
Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is entirely cashless, meaning you cannot pay with physical cash anywhere on property.
The resort accepts credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments only—this applies to the front desk, restaurants, retail outlets, parking, and more.
If you need to convert cash into a usable form, they offer a Cash-To-Card kiosk.

To help keep the line moving smoothly and ensure you get the best-quality photo possible, the QR code system is mandatory in Meet & Greet Rooms 1 and 2. Personal phones or cameras won’t be permitted for photos, but our professional photo team will make sure you walk away with a great shot delivered straight to you.
