  • Download our SCHED app (see instructions) to have easy access to the schedule, this is where you will be able to find the most updated information throughout the weekend if there are any changes to the schedule.


  • Helpful packing tips: portable charger, comfortable shoes, sweater (ballrooms can get cold!) and a reusable water bottle.



  • Start posting your CC25 pictures and don't forget to tag #CrimeCon and #CrimeCon2025.


  • Have your credit card easily accessible because the Gaylord Rockies is cashless.


  • Register here for Meet & Greet (Rooms 1 & 2) photos and save your QR code.

standard registration | badge pick-up

To pick up your CrimeCon 2025 badge simply bring a copy of a valid photo ID (please ensure that the name matches the name on your registration). A confirmation email printout is also great, but is not required!


Early Registration:

If you're in town early, you have the option (not required) to pick up your badge on Thursday evening.

Day Pass Registration:

  • Friday, 9/5: 9:00am–12:00pm in Meet & Greet 1
  • If arriving after 12:00pm Friday, or if you have a Saturday or Sunday Day Pass, please visit the Help Desk (see hours below) to pick up your badge.


Late Registration:

If you arrive after 12:00pm on Friday, 9/5, please visit the Help Desk to pick up your badge. See Help Desk hours below.

Seating is all first come, first served. Note that the front of the Main Ballroom and Breakout 1 have VIP-only seating areas. Badge types other than VIP are not permitted in these areas at any times. Due to security protocols, no personal items may be left unattended at any time.

    There is a $20/day discounted parking charge for CC25 attendees in the self-park garages.

  • CASHLESS

    Gaylord Rockies Resort & Convention Center is entirely cashless, meaning you cannot pay with physical cash anywhere on property.


    The resort accepts credit cards, debit cards, and mobile payments only—this applies to the front desk, restaurants, retail outlets, parking, and more.


    If you need to convert cash into a usable form, they offer a Cash-To-Card kiosk.

    Concessions will be set up in the Convention Center in Rockies Square behind the Cocoa Bean Coffee Shop.

    This system is available ONLY in Meet & Greet Rooms 1 & 2


    Step 1: Click the Meet & Greet Photos button below.

    Step 2: Fill out the form before you reach the front of the line to generate your unique QR code.

    Step 3: Screenshot your QR code — you’ll use the same one for every Meet & Greet.

    Step 4: Show your QR code to the photographer — they will scan it to send your photo!


    Please Note: Your photo will be sent immediately after your Meet & Greet. If cell service is weak, delivery may be delayed.




    MEET & GREET POLICY

    Please note the following guidelines to help ensure a smooth and fair experience for all attendees:

    • Arrive Early: Speakers may not stay for the full allotted time if they are able to complete the line early. We strongly encourage you to arrive at the start of the listed Meet & Greet time to maximize your opportunity.
    • No Place Holding: Attendees who wish to participate in a Meet & Greet must be physically present in line themselves. In the interest of fairness, our staff cannot permit holding places in line for others.
    • Capacity Limits: Staff may cut off Meet & Greet lines early if the number of attendees exceeds what the speaker can realistically accommodate during the allotted time. This helps avoid unnecessary waiting and allows attendees to enjoy other sessions.
    • Standby Lines: Some Meet & Greets may have a standby line, which does not guarantee access to the speaker. Entry from standby is dependent on available time and the pace of the primary line.
    • Fast Pass Access: Diamond and Platinum VIPs have access to a Fast Pass lane for Meet & Greets. To use this lane, you must be wearing your Fast Pass wristband, which can be picked up at registration or in the Diamond/Platinum Lounge. No exceptions can be made without the wristband visibly on your wrist.
    • Accessibility: We are committed to providing an inclusive experience for all attendees. If you require any special accommodations, please contact our staff in advance at access@crimecon.com or visit the Accessibility Desk onsite. We’ll do our best to ensure your needs are met.
